To increase meaningful personal engagement with clients at the annual industry tradeshow, Orion decided that instead of being an exhibitor that year, they would rent a suite and host a themed party for select clients and prospects. It had to be special, and while giveaways could be fun, they needed to represent the same level of quality as Orion’s products and services.

Brand Stratos, in collaboration with the Sands Costner agency, devised a whiskey and cigar party with a complimentary gift for each attendee. We designed and supplied high-end laser engraved cigar holders and paired them with quality cigars.

Orion received so many RSVPs to this quirky yet elegant event that they had to double the size of the suite and the number of gifts. The event allowed for valuable time with each guest and provided a memorable experience for both clients and prospects. Photos sometimes surface, and people still wink and speak in hushed tones about that night...
